When tuna curry is served with special round rice noodles (Kanom Chin), so called Kanom Chin Nam ya. Kanom Chin is made of rice flour and tapioca flour. Fish curry (Nam ya) looks actually just like this (no vegetables), but it usually comes with a side dish.
Some items are added in the tuna curry such as vegetables (bean sprouts, spring onions), spices (pepper, dried chili paste, lime juice, fish sauce), sliced boiled eggs and pickled green mustard.
